Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Personal care or wellness products that have been opened.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
• Perishable goods or customized/personalized items.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@bazaarii.in.
• We recommend taking a photo or video of the damaged product/packaging upon arrival to speed up the claim process. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for such cases.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error, Bazaarii.in will cover the return shipping costs.
• Customer Preference: For returns based on change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges or a nominal pick-up fee.
5. Exchange Options
• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
• Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Refund Process & Timing
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME, 5-7 business days].
• COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer to an account provided by you.
